Our Statement of Faith

Vision of the Church

The church believes in one God as stated in the book of Isaiah 43.10, “I am He:before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me”.

Verse 11
I even I, I am the lord; and besides Me there is no saviour “.

We believe according to the bible that the One and only God has been coming to the world as a man before He came as Jesus Christ, as Emmanuel Isaiah 7.14 thus: Genesis 3.8, And they heard the voice of the lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day. The church believes in full obedient to all the Ten Commandments written on our hearts for the working of the church as stated in the book of exodus 20. The church believes in the New year as stated in the book of exodus 12.1-2; 13.4. In all the feasts of God as stated in the book Leviticus 23. for the materialisation of the permanent plans, patterns and purposes of God to set apart all His saints from the world Exodus 19.5&6; John 17.16
God has been coming to the world as man
Genesis 14.18-20; chapter 18 1 to the end, He came as captain of His own army Joshua 5.13-15; He came to Manoa and His wife Judges 13.12–23
He appeared to Ezekiel in the book of Ezekiel 1.1- to the end especially verse 26
John 1.1 and verse 14.
Revelation 1.11-18
There are many more facts in the bible that God has been coming to the world before He came as Jesus Christ
The church believes in the divine inspiration of the Holy scripture and its consequent trustworthiness and the supreme authority in all matters of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as our lord and saviour. The church believes in the sinfulness and guilt of fallen man making him subject to God’s wrath and condemnation; the substitution sacrifice of the incarnate son of God as the sole and all-sufficient ground of redemption from the guilt and power of sin and from its conveniences; the justification of the sinner solely by the grace of God through faith in Christ crucified, dead and buried who shed His precious blood for the remission of our sins and risen from the dead; the illuminating regenerating in dwelling and sanctifying work of of God the Holy Spirit; the priesthood of all believers who form the church known as the Body of which Christ is the head and which is committed by His command to the proclamation of the gospel throughout the whole world.
The expectations of the personal visible return of the lord Jesus Christ in power and glory.
The unity of the Godhead and the power represented therein.
The utter depravity of human nature, the necessity for the repentance and regeneration, and the eternal doom of unrepentant.
The virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection of our lord Jesus Christ, His second coming and the Millennia reign on earth.
Justification and santification of the believers through the finished work of Christ by The shedding of His blood for the remission of our sins
The baptism of the Holy Spirit for believers with signs and wonders following.
The nine gifts of the Holy Spirit for the edification and exhortation and comfort of the church, which is the body of Christ.
The baptism by immersion, and of the lords supper. Divine inspiration and authority of the Holy scriptures. Church government by the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, church elders and deacons and bishops
The obligatory nature of tithes and offerings. Divine healing through obedience to the command of our lord Jesus Christ and faith in His name and merit of His blood for all sicknesses, diseases and infirmities.
Faith in God to supply all our needs in Christ name
Godliness with contentment is a great gain.
