Churches, Pastors, churches’ leaders, believers in Christ Jesus all over the world ask yourselves the questions below and think with the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ.

The law of God written on our hearts, how can they be obsolete, nailed to the cross or only for the Jews?

how can what is nailed to the cross be written on our hearts by the Almighty Lord
The law of God written on our hearts, how can they be obsolete, nailed to the cross or only for the Jews?

Two things need to be clarified regarding the commandments of God

  1. The first thing is that the commandments of God CANNOT save anyone, the commandments are not for “SALVATION”
  2. God’s commandments are written on our hearts to be obeyed as the infallible words of God which are God’s Himself, John 1. 1
  3. Why were these written on our hearts by God Almighty Himself, if they are obsolete or nailed to the cross? Or only for the Jews.
  4. Is God the God of the Jews only?
  5. Did the Almighty God, the all-knowing God, who knows the end of things before the beginning, wrote the commandments on only the hearts of the Jews?
  6. No No No
  7. That is why you need to read this article below filled with the Holy Spirit, of God

By the Holy Spirit of the Lord, let me bring this to the denial of some believers, churches, Pastors and churches leaders who says that the Ten Commandments of God is obsolete or nailed to the cross or they are only for the Jews

The depth of the commandments of God is of two folds, as follows:

  1. The commandments are the written “word” of God, which is God Himself, John 1.1. Every word of God is God, whether written on stone, paper or verbally, God’s Word is God. It is not where God wrote, He is the word that is God.
1, In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God
  2. 2 The same was at the beginning with God
  3. The word of God in the commandments are God Himself which cannot be obsolete or destroyed or can it belong to one nation of the Israel of God, known as multitudes of nations, or a company of nation or Israel of God according to the blessings that God bestowed upon the Patriarchs Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
  4. But the ordinances attached to these words of God are obsolete and done away with, nailed to the cross because they cannot wash away any sin or wrongdoing, they are just shadows of Christ’s atonement which will later come, I by the Holy Spirit of Christ I urge all Christians to understand these two principles in the commandments of the Almighty Christ Jesus. 1. The written words of God. 2. The ordinances are attached to the words.

The commandments of God are the authentic words of God which nobody can destroy or make obsolete because they are the word of God, which are God’s Himself John 1.1 is the root to obeying God in all our everyday doings-as believers in Christ Jesus. Many professing Christians are ignorant of what God want from us in this saving grace that He bestowed upon us. To obey every word of God is to love God with all our hearts, minds, soul, Spirit and strength. Anything short of this is not a disciple of Christ. To love God is knowledge, understanding and wisdom of God. The ordinances attached to these words of God are what Jesus Christ nailed to the cross. That is why God wrote then on our hearts excluding the ordinances pertaining to the blood of animals, which cannot take away sin or any wrongdoing. Only the blood of Jesus Christ can remove sins. The big question is, why would God write them on our hearts, Hebrews 8. 10-13

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away. Christians, are this only for Jews or the house of Israel? Is this not for all believers in Christ Jesus? as the scriptures say in John 17.20-23

20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Before I go further, please churches, read chapter 2.1- the and the commentary with the power of the Holy Spirit, as there are two things at stake here, faith and works which are wrapped in the commandments of God which are His word.

James chapter 2.1-26

1 My brethren have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment;
3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:
4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?
5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?
6 But ye have despised the poor. Don’t rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
7 Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called?
8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
11 For he that said, do not commit adultery, said also, do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
25 Likewise also was not Rehab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers and had sent them out another way?
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

My commentary by the Holy Spirit of God on James 2.1-26

Those who profess faith are vain, if not mixing it with love and justice to others. (1-13) The importance of good works is to prove the sincerity of faith, which otherwise will be of no advantage than the faith of devils, the enemy of God. (14-26)1-13 Those who have accepted Jesus Christ in faith as the Lord of all and glory, must not respect persons on just mere outward things or circumstances and appearances of how important a person is in any manner not agreeing with their profession of being disciples of the most humble Christ Jesus. I must be embodied here that St. James does not here encourage rude behaviour or to be disorderly: genuine respect must be shone but never such as to influence the proceedings of Christians in getting reed of the offices of the church of Christ, or in passing the genuinely of the church of Christ or in any way of religion. This calls for asking ourselves regarding our conduct is of great use in every part of a holy life and profitable Christian life. Let us do this always and frequently in this matter, and in every thing take occasion to always talk with our souls. We all know that places of worship cannot be built or maintained without expenses, it is very wise that those who contribute the maintenance of the church should be accommodated accordingly; even though there are more spiritually-minded people the poor would be treated with more care and attention as this is the proper way in any worshipping congregations. A humble life is very favourable for inner peace and for genuine growth in holiness. God the All-powerful the giver of all good things will give to all His believers’ great riches, goodness, favours and honours of this world, if these would do them good, knowing that he has chosen them to be greatly rich in faith, and He is the everlasting God that made them heirs together with Christ Jesus of his kingdom, which he promised to bestow on all those who love him wholeheartedly. Many at times, the place of no return, world riches, lead people to worldliness, completely ruined and full of headaches, and what great reproaches are upon God and religion, by men of great wealth, power, and worldly greatness; and this will definitely make this sin be very sinful and most foolish. The scriptures tell us as commandments to love our neighbour as ourselves. These commandments are from God’s written in His word or a royal law, it comes from the King of kings; Lord of Lords and if Christians act unjustly, they have sinned against the commandments of God. We cannot say that all our good deeds can atone for our sins, this plainly put us upon looking for another atonement besides that one that Christ gave us by His precious blood. According to the law of works, one breach of any one of the commandments brings a man under the condemnation, from which no amount of obedience, past, present, or future, can deliver him. This shows us the unending joy of those that are in Christ. We may serve him without any fear. Naturally, God’s restraints are not a bondage, but our own corruptions are so. The doom passed upon impenitent sinners at last, will be the judgment without mercy. But God had it in His glory and joy, to forgive and bless those who might justly be condemned at his heavenly court and his grace teaches those who partake of his mercy, to copy it in their conduct.

Those are in wrongdoing, who put a mere belief of the gospel for the whole of evangelical religion, as many people do. No doubt, true faith alone, whereby men have a part in Christ’s righteousness, atonement, and grace, save their souls; but it produces only holy fruits, and is shown to be very real by its effect on their works and conduct while just assent to any form of doctrine or region, or mere historical belief of any form of facts, wholly differs from this saving faith that we believers have in Christ. A good profession may gain the good opinion of pious people; and it may procure, in some cases, worldly goods; but what gain will that be, for any to gain the whole world, and to lose their souls? Can such faith save him? Things should be accounted profitable or unprofitable to us, as they tend to forward or hinder the salvation of our souls. These Scriptures plainly show us that an opinion, or assent to the gospel, without works, cannot be faith. There is no way of showing that we really believe in Christ, but by being diligent in good works, from gospel motives, and for gospel purposes. Men may boast to others, and be conceited of that which they really have not. There is not only to have assented in faith, but consent; not only an assent to the truth of the word, but a consent to take Christ. True believing is not an act of understanding only, but a work of the whole heart. That a justifying faith cannot be without works, is shown from two examples, Abraham and Rehab. Abraham believed in God, and it was reckoned unto him for righteousness. Faith, producing such works, advanced him to peculiar favours. We see then, ver. #24|, how that by works a man is justified, not by a bare opinion or profession, or believing without obeying; but by having such faith as produces good works. And to have to deny his own reason, affections, and interests, is an action fit to try a believer. Observe, here, the wonderful power of faith in changing sinners. Rehab’s conduct proved her faith to be living, or having power; it showed that she believed with her heart, not merely by an assent of the understanding. Let us then take heed, for the best works, without faith, are dead; they want root and principle. By faith our in Christ Jesus anything that we do is wonderful; if done in obedience to God, and looking forward to his acceptance: the root is as if it were dead when there is no fruit. Faith is the root, good works are we cannot find fruits, and we must make sure that we possess both. This is actually the grace of God wherein we stand, and we should really and truly stand to it. There is no middle ground. Everyone that profess godlessness must either live as God’s friend by obeying all the words of God, or God’s enemy forever by disobedience to all God’s words. Living to God, as it is the consequence of works and total faith in Jesus Christ, which justifies and save, this fact is to do nothing against the Almighty God but everything with Him and for him and to him.

Philippians 2.12

Philippians 2:12

Verse  King James Bible
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

To all the believers in Jesus Christ

Christians work your salvation with the fear of God not to ignore any of His words and tremble at every word of God.

Joel 4.6

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

How can, so many Christians distrust God’s word because they choose to ignore it, even though they do it? This is a complete lack of understanding and knowledge of the word of the Almighty God.

In the first instance, all those above, are denying what they do every day, and yet they deny it. For the lack, the knowledge of the word of God, can only say that they are completely ignorant of the knowledge of the word of God. What they do, they at the same time denying it. Please read the truth below.

First and foremost, by the Holy Spirit of Christ working in me, would like to give the assurance that the laws of the Lord were neither nailed to the cross nor destroyed or obsolete as many Christians think but just ignorance and denial or hypocrisy or lack of knowledge. The laws of God are definitely written in our hearts to be obeyed by the Holy Spirit of God in us. For example, no true believers will make graven images to bow down to them or worship them, why because the Holy Spirit in them will tell them it is wrong. Exodus 20.4. No true believers in Christ will call the name of God in vain, why because the Holy Spirit in them will say it is very wrong as it is written in the Ten Commandments of God. No true believers in Christ will tell them it is wrong, as it is the first coming of God. No true believers in Christ will not honour their parents, the Holy Spirit in them will tell them it is wrong and yet it is in the commandments of God Exodus 20.12. No believers in Christ will kill Exodus 20.13. A human being like himself, why? Because the Holy Spirit in them will say it is wrong on true believers in Christ will commit adultery, Exodus 20.14, which was in the Ten Commandments of the Lord Exodus 20.14, Why will believers not do it, because the Holy Spirit of Christ inside them will convict them, it is a sin. I would like to give another illustration of the hypocrisy or the denial of many true believers in Jesus Christ.
A true believer in Christ will not go to rob or steal money from a bank, why? Because he or she knows that that is stealing according to one of the Ten Commandments of the Almighty Lord which is been obeyed because the Lord wrote it on hearts that “Thou shalt not steal” Exodus 20

First and foremost, the Holy Spirit of God working perfectly in me has allowed me to give the following illustrations of the ways that the Ten Commandments of God are being obeyed by all the believers in Jesus Christ, without them knowing it.

  1. No true believer in Christ will have another god besides the true God of the Bible, Exodus 20. 3 why because the Holy Spirit in them will say it is wrong
  2. No believers in Christ Jesus will mage graven images or worship them, Exodus 20.4. Why because the Holy Spirit in them will convict them of sinning against God of the bible Exodus 20.4& 5
  3. No believers in Christ Jesus will take the name of the God of the bible in vain, Exodus 20.7 why? Because the Holy Spirit in them will tell them it is wrong
  4. No believers in Christ Jesus will dishonour their parents Exodus 20.12, why? Because the Holy Spirit in them will say it is wrong
  5. No believers in Christ Jesus will kill a human being like himself, Exodus 20.13
  6. No believers in Christ will commit adultery, Exodus 20.14, why because the Holy Spirit in them will say it is wrong.
No believers in Christ will steal or rob the bank after accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour wholeheartedly, Exodus 20.15, why, because the Holy Spirit in them will say it is wrong,
  7. No believers in Christ Jesus will covet their neighbour’s things. Exodus 20.17, why because the Holy Spirit in them, it is wrong
  8. The only one that the believers do not do is the 7th day Sabbath, which actually belong to the Lord Jesus Christ that they had accepted as their Lord and Saviour. One of the two laws that belong to God and God says in the bible and in so many scriptures, the importance of these commandments: References in the Old Testament.

Bible Verses about The Sabbath Day

Exodus 20:8-11

“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

They did not walk in my statutes but rejected my rules, by which, if a person does them, he shall live; and my Sabbaths they greatly profaned. “Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon them in the wilderness, to make a full end of them. But I acted for the sake of my name, that it should not be profaned in the sight of the nations, in whose sight I had brought them out. Moreover, I swore to them in the wilderness that I would not bring them into the land that I had given them, a land flowing with milk and honey, the most glorious of all lands, because they rejected my rules and did not walk in my statutes, and profaned my Sabbaths; for their heart went after their idols. …

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Deuteronomy 5:12-15

“‘Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the Lord your God commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. In those days I saw in Judah people treading winepresses on the Sabbath, and bringing in heaps of grain and loading them on donkeys, and also the wine, grapes, figs, and all kinds of loads, which they brought into Jerusalem on the Sabbath day. And I warned them on the day when they sold food. Tyrians also, who lived in the city, brought in fish and all kinds of goods and sold them on the Sabbath to the people of Judah, in Jerusalem itself! Then I confronted the nobles of Judah and said to them, “What is this evil thing that you are doing, profaning the Sabbath day? Did not your fathers act in this way, and did not our God bring all this disaster on us and on this city? Now you are bringing more wrath on Israel by profaning the Sabbath.” As soon as it began to grow dark at the gates of Jerusalem before the Sabbath, I commanded that the doors should be shut and gave orders that they should not be opened until after the Sabbath. And I stationed some of my servants at the gates, that no load might be brought in on the Sabbath day. …

As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not quarrel over opinions. One person believes he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables. Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand. New Testament references about the Sabbath

Mathew 5.17-19

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever, therefore, shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, ( mankind, all the creatures of God) and not man ( mankind did not make the Sabbath) for the sabbath:
28 Therefore the Son of man ( the saints from Mary through Eve our first mother) is Lord also of the sabbath.

Genesis 2.16-17

The root of God’s laws started from Genesis 2.16-17 below

16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

The above is exactly the root of God’s laws. The laws of the Almighty Lord started from the garden of Eden. God had finished all that He wanted to create, that is His creatures and the first man Adam was the first man on this planet earth and God commanded him what to eat and what not to eat. So this was the root of God’s commandments. Though God added to it on mount Sinai and gave them to Moses to teach the Israelis how to leave their godly lives that will please God and their neighbours. When the Israeli people couldn’t keep or obey the laws, because they did not believe them with faith and made a mess of the laws through lack of faith. God made better ways of how His people will keep His laws through Jesus Christ. And then wrote them on our hearts that the Holy Spirit of God will direct us to obey these everlasting laws of God. We have unlimited benefits in obeying the laws of God through the Holy Spirit that teaches us every second of our lives. The laws of God are never obsolete or destroyed or nailed to the cross as some preachers say. The benefits of the laws are to keep us from doing evils and direct us to the ways of God. The laws are never salvation, but after you have been saved, the laws are written on our hearts so that you don’t run into sins again and thereby run into the hands of the enemy-Satan. That is another benefit of God’s laws.

The laws of God written on our hearts, how can they be obsolete, nailed to the cross or only for the Jews?

About the benefits of the law

The law is still of use to convince us of what is past and to direct us for the future. Though we cannot be saved by it as a covenant, yet we own and submit to it, as a rule in the hand of the Mediator.

It looks to me that most believers in Christ are exactly obeying the law for the fact that, no believers will tell me that stealing is good as born again Christian, neither will they tell me that idolatry is good, nor adultery, nor fornication, nor killing, nor falsehood, nor covetousness nor bowing to images nor worshipping images nor bearing false witnesses against thy neighbours nor dishonouring his or her parents, nor taking the name of God in vain. Then what is amiss in the Ten Commandments the above? Believers keep the Ten Commandments every second of their lives but at the same time denying them. What is going on with believers not professing God’s everlasting commandments and stop denying the truth. The two important facts about the Ten Commandments are

  1. The Ten Commandments can not safe anyone, it not for salvation
  2. But, after you have accepted Jesus Christ genuinely and sincerely with all your hearts then Ten Commandments are guide to leave a holy and godly lives.

These are the Ten Commandments written with God’s fingers of God

Exodus 20.1-20

1 And God spake all these words, saying,
2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
13 Thou shalt not kill.
14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
15 Thou shalt not steal.
16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.
18 And all the people saw the thundering, and the lightning, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off.
19 And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.
20 And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

Whoever says that the Ten Commandments are obsolete is due to misunderstandings and the giving of Satan room to laugh them to sconces. What they do by obeying the Ten Commandments, and yet at the same time denying it. It’s a game of hanging your cake and eating it. It is a child’s play and this is definitely the work of the devil, that caused animal or dragon, who likes to convince some believers that they are not obeying the God’s Ten Commandments, when they obey them every second of their growing in the grace of Jesus Christ, how untrue this is. Because the devil or the dragon plays his part in making believers in Christ Jesus denying what the do every second. “OH WHAT A BLUNDER” this is.
Again, this binder comes, because we are mixing two things together and believing that the Ten Commandments are not enough for salvation or cannot make anyone save in Christ.
1. The Ten Commandments cannot safe anyone

2. God wrote them in our hearts to make all the believers in Jesus Christ to live holy live.

God’s New Covenant Written on Our Hearts

3D Illustration of Human Heart Anatomy
The laws of God written on our hearts, how can they be obsolete, nailed to the cross or only for the Jews?

Jeremiah 31:31-34,

31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

More than    Six hundred years before Jesus was born, Jeremiah the prophet lived in Jerusalem, told the people of Israel what God would do in the future regarding His laws. Jeremiah was made to know the problem with the laws of God which they did not obey which were written on two tables of stone, the problem was the stony hearts of the Israelis, made them not adhere to God’s laws. But he also understood that in the future God would make a new covenant to deal with His people Israel as to obeying His laws, a new way which would not do away with God’s law but would enable people to obey His laws. This, he told the Israeli, in words coming from God himself.

Jeremiah was known as “the crying prophet,” and he was always upset about God’s messages of woes which made Israel to hate Jeremiah. The messages that God gave him were messages of judgment, desolation, the truth that God’s people were not obeying His commandments and therefore will be judged. Jeremiah was never a popular prophet because God’s words to him are always full of judgments, destructions and desolations. This did not make Jeremiah loved by the Israelis. . He had been put in jail, and in a pit, and he annoyed with God and mad at God for giving him this type of job. What Jeremiah kept telling people was that sin has consequences, and that they cannot get away from God’s judgement if they continue in disobeying God. They couldn’t keep on disobeying God’s laws that were giving to them by God through His prophets and think that nothing would happen to them. Jeremiah went into the Temple and said, “You people think you are safe in God’s house with your sins, no way. God says: When you change your ways, I’ll let you live here. If you start treating each other fairly, if you take care of widows and orphans, the poor and the needy, if you give up violence and stop worshipping other gods instead of me, then I’ll let you live here, and you’ll be safe. But you’re kidding yourselves! You cheat each other and lie to each other and sleep with neighbours wives or husbands, and then you come into my house and sing ‘ how mighty Is Our God.’ You remember Shiloh, where my house used to be. There’s nothing there! It is desolate. That’s what will happen here if you don’t change and begin to obey my commandments.” If you go to Jerusalem, you can see where the Temple used to be. Twice God used foreign armies to destroy his own house because the people were worshiping me with their mouths and their hearts are very far from me, and no obedience to my laws. Jerusalem has been without a temple for Many centuries but what stands in her place is the abomination of the heathen.

For many years Jeremiah warned the people of Jerusalem that the holy city would be destroyed by the Babylonians. He insisted, against all the other false preachers during his time, that this was the will of God. He told the Israeli army not to fight with the Babylonian army. They said he was guilty of treason, and put him in prison to die. Then in 587 BC, the unthinkable really happened, the Babylonian armies came and besieged Jerusalem and all Israelis. God did not protect his own Temple and his own people from the Babylonians. The city was demolished and the best and the brightest of the people were carried away as captives to Babylon

“I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people” (31:33 NRSV). The new covenant that God promised through Jeremiah involves three things.

God had planned, patterned and purposed to make the new covenant knowing His people Israel will not obey His laws written on tablets of stone, because their hearts were still hearts of stone. The laws were too hard for them to obey by any human intervention, except by the Holy Spirit of God. Alien to them, never fully understood as basic principles for living. Even when they tried to obey some of them, they were like people obeying something that can’t be understood. Then God said put my law inside them. I’ll write it with my own finger on their hearts.”.

Besides Jeremiah, the prophet Ezekiel heard God saying, “I will give you a new heart with new and right desires, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony heart of sin and give you a new, obedient heart. And I will put my Spirit in you so you will obey my laws and do whatever I command” (36:26-27

The laws of “GOD” to that triumph of all Christians or believers in Christ over Satan, of course, Satan doesn’t like this. That’s the way it is going to be in the kingdom of God. But as of now, there is also an aspect of the benefits of God’s law, God had already written his values b His Holy Spirit who is transforming us day by day to make us more like Christ. Philippians 2:13 says, “God is at work in you, giving you the desire to please him and the ability to do it.”

Through the laws of God Almighty, we have direct knowledge of God. Here’s what the Lord said in Jeremiah 31:34 –”No longer shall they teach one another, or say to each other ‘Know the Lord,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest.” I guess preachers will be out of a job! You won’t need me as some kind of mediator telling you about God, because you will know God for yourself by His Holy Spirit in you. The Hebrew word for “know” here is the same word used about “Adam knew Eve his wife and she conceived.” It means an intimate personal knowledge that is only possible when two persons are committed to one another. With God, to completely know him is to love him. Also in the gospel of 1 John 2.27

has taught you, you shall abide in Him.

King James Bible
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

All of my people will know me, he says – from the person with the wise and unwise, from the person of no influence to the power broker, from the youngest to the oldest. They will all know me. Everyone has the word of God, and everyone has the Holy Spirit, so God’s people had been filled with the Holy Spirit.

This knowledge of God is not separated from doing what God wants. If we really know him, we will do his will and obey every word of God. There’s a revealing passage in Jeremiah in which Jeremiah was condemning king Jehoiakim for not being like his father, who was a good king. Jeremiah 22.15-16

“Your father, Josiah, also had plenty to eat and drink.
But he was just and right in all his dealings.
That is why God blessed him.
He gave justice and help to the poor and needy,
and everything went well for him.
Isn’t that what it means to know me?”
    says the Lord. (Jeremiah 22:15-16)

To know God is to obey every word of God in the scriptures or His audible voice, visions dreams and revelation

In the new covenant, God said, “I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” Isn’t that what you want? God does not forget his promises or his lost sheep – or his laws. The only thing God forgets is our sins. Isn’t that what you want – to be forgiven, and to know that you can start over with God? couldn’t say the same thing about his patients. We carry such a burden because of our failures and our guilt. It has broken our relationship with God and it threatens to break our bodies and our hearts. In the new covenant, you can be forgiven and the relationship can be restored.

In our experience, these three things often come in reverse order. First, we receive forgiveness of sins. Then we experience direct knowledge of God. Then his Spirit changes us internally as he writes his law on our hearts. For some people, these things happen all at once. The important thing is that they do happen. They can happen to you. This is not just for someday when Jesus returns or we go to heaven. This can be your everyday experience of life in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. When we celebrate the Lord’s Supper, we remember the words of Jesus as he raised the cup: “This cup is the new covenant between God and you, sealed by the shedding of my blood” (1 Corinthians 11:25 NLT). I don’t suppose Jeremiah had any idea that his vision of the new covenant would one day refer to a crucified Messiah. But when Jesus died on the cross, he sealed the new covenant between God and you, offering you forgiveness, and direct knowledge of God, and a new nature that is able to obey God. Romans 2:12-16 God wrote the laws in our hearts

The laws of God written on our hearts, how can they be obsolete, nailed to the cross or only for the Jews?

Romans 2:14-15 NLT

Even Gentiles, who do not have God’s written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it. [15] They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right.

The laws of God written on our hearts, how can they be obsolete, nailed to the cross or only for the Jews?

God’s law is written in everyone’s hearts to know right or wrong

Genesis 3.22

22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever:

This is not to be confused with salvation but the basic law of God toward each other.  Kindness to our neighbours, no murder, taking what does not belong to you is stealing, hatred.  The laws of God are written in everyone’s heart to be obeyed.  Our conscience works with this law.  This is different from the Holy Spirit working in our hearts.  That is a deeper work beyond fallen man. There is no excuse for a man to say I was never taught how to do good or to treat another human being. God has written this law into the hearts of every human being on earth, by doing on others as you want others to do to you.

Our world that is full of sexual abuse explosion

We are in the middle of many women coming out with accusations of being sexually abused by men.  The basic law of decency is written into every man’s heart.  The man knows what is right and wrong.  They know how to treat a woman  unless their hearts are clouded by lust and perversions.  One thing I would add to this argument is women should not dress or behave in a sexually stimulating way that highlights their bodies and increase sexual tension.  They too have basic laws of God written in their hearts.  I am not excusing men in any way because it is their actions that bring guilt to them.  I am saying women have a powerful effect on men and they know this.  To place themselves in situations or cause sexual tension that could get out of hand is also breaking basic laws of God which can cause harm to themselves and others.

Romans 2:14-16 in modern day language

(The Message) Romans 2:14 MSG

When outsiders who have never heard of God’s law follow it more or less by instinct, they confirm its truth by their obedience. They show that God’s law is not something alien, imposed on us from without, but woven into the very fabric of our creation. There is something deep within them that echoes God’s yes and no, right and wrong. Their response to God’s yes and no will become public knowledge on the day God makes his final decision about every man and woman. The Message from God that I proclaim through Jesus Christ takes into account all these differences.

Let us treat each other according to God’s law written in our hearts.  Ask Christ to lead you and the Holy Spirit to direct you for even greater lightnside.

Jesus Christ says in Mathew 5.

Mathew 5.17-36

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
21 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:
22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;
24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
26 Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.
27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
31 It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:
32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
33 Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:
34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:
35 Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.

These are just the controversy behind the total denial of some believers in Christ.

Warnings!

If you have ears, please hear; if you have eyes, please see with your spiritual eyes what the Spirit of God is saying to the Churches of today.

Before this book could be understood, I will bring you to God’s perfect plan, patterned and purposed of the law of separation, hallowed or sanctification of peoples and things to God which nobody can change or altered. I refer you to the book of Leviticus, in this book, everything and people that were to serve God in the Temple were set apart for God and God only. In those days it was the blood of animals that Moses used to sprinkled on the commandments of God, Now it is the very precious blood of Jesus Christ that sets us apart from the whole world; read the whole of John 17 several times through with the spirit of God. It is a sign of God separating us from the world. Also, how God from the beginning set Abel apart by His spirit who offered the right type of offering with blood to God and his offerings were accepted. Then  comes the separation Seth the replacement of Abel whom Cain killed. Seth was the lineage of our Lord Jesus Christ. Anyway about separation, Noah and his children apart for the building of the Ark for God’s purpose .From the family of Noah, Shem was set apart for God’s purpose. Then from the lineage of Shem, God set apart Terah and from Terah, Abraham, then Isaac, then Jacob surnamed Israel – the father of the Tribe of Israel. From the 12 tribes of Israel who were set apart from the whole world for God’s purpose. From the 12 Tribes God set apart the Tribe of Judah.   Do not allow anyone to fool you about the God’s law of separation which is to do with the 7th day Sabbath .  God’s purpose for this law of separation is for His Church both Jews and Gentiles in Christ Jesus. The blood of Jesus Christ has brought all who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour as one body called the body of “Christ” The Ten Commandments are infallible, unchangeable for eternity. Read Matthew 5. They are for our everyday use to keep us in the grace of Christ for life.

Tell me, what is left for Christians today? The Christmas that we adore is not biblical, it is a pagan worship it is now very worldly, Christmas trees in the building where God ‘s name is honored and adored, the building is filled with tinsels, balloons Christmas decorations which have no bearings to the Lord Jesus Christ. Christ did not celebrate his birth, the apostles did not celebrate the so called ‘Christmas’ or was there anywhere in the bible where the celebrating of Christmas is mentioned. In honor of whom are they then celebrating of Christmas? God in fact condemned the growth of any trees or plants near unto His alter. Read Exodus: 13; 1st Kings: 15, 16:13; 2nd King 13:6; 17:16; 21:3, Deuteronomy 16:21. In Deuteronomy 5:14 Moses called it the Sabbath of the Lord. You know Christ had come and was nailed to the cross as Christians LAMB of Passover. Christ is no more a baby, neither is he coming again as baby, BUT as a God of judgment and who will separate the wicked from those who accept him as Lord and savior of the world. There are some festivals for Christians in the Bible which the apostles celebrated as the church or Christ that they believed and trusted, the feast of Pentecost, the feast of harvest and many more in the book of acts.

Christmas is for the world and now a commercial entity, non -Christians selling their wares to Christians at exorbitant prices. The Easter or Passover is more or less the same it is not worse through this in fact is a feast of the last supper. Nobody will be prepared to leave their businesses, jobs, pleasures to observe the seventh day Sabbath except those who are really in church whose names are written in the book of life before the foundation of the world. We have to change and give to Caesar what is his and give God, His portion.

In Deuteronomy 5:14. Moses called it the Sabbath of the Lord. You know that the Old Testament was written in Hebrew and reads from right to the left and the New Testament was written in great, reads from left to right. Then, Mark 2:28, Deuteronomy 5:14 is from God, the same 4 words.

The 7th day Sabbath is quite different.  It belongs to God.  To love Christ is to obey

His commandment.  It is the day that we worship Him completely.  We pray, heal in Christ’s name and preach but not always in that order, visit the sick, pray for their healing, help the needy among us, sing, praise the Almighty God who called Himself Lord of the Sabbath, I do not know any other day that qualifies the Lord’s day than the 7th Day Sabbath.  The Sabbath is from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday.  It is a day honor to God. A day of separating ourselves from the world of uncertainty a perverse world, a world ruled and governed by the spirits of Satan, a world where permissiveness in at large, a world that is so corrupt that bad is called good and vice versa. A world that is full of all abominable things rituals, paganism and controlled by all the children of Satan the deception ruler of those who are not in Christ and who do not obey His truth.  It is also to set apart His chosen from the rest of the world. Christ said in John 17 that though we are in the world but we are not part of the abominations of the world.

Dear reader,

I urge you to read the book of exodus again and again to see that as God sent two witnesses to Pharaoh namely Moses and Aaron to let His people go to serve Him, so will the Almighty God send this time two witnesses to tell the Pope to let God’s people go to observe Him on the 7th day Sabbath which God had instituted before the foundation of the world and the second thing that He commanded immediately after the works of creation.

Revelation 18: 4 says, “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying: “come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not  of her plagues, for her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works; in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double……………And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

You can see from this that God meant business to deliver His saints from the hand of the Roman captivity and slavery that had dominated the whole for many centuries.

Let us give glory to God who will not leave His people without help. He is true to his words always. He had prophesied that the saints will be giving into  hand of this wicked lawless man for a time and times and the dividing of times in the book

of Daniel chapter 7:25 read and understand it by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Roman dynasty was the last world government to rule almost the entire world ruthlessly wickedly operation no mercy to saints of the Most high God. Though Roman rules collapsed but her impact still seen and used all over the world names of weekdays, months of the year are all called on the gods and goddesses of Rome to this day.

It is high time that the saints are taking out from her rules and serve the Living God.

The time has come for the falling away, the circular churches, the ecumenical churches the global churches to fall out from the true church of Christ forever.

The time has come to reveal this man of sin, who  opposseth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped, so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God 2nd Thessalonians

We Christians need to come to the obedience of God by observing His feasts days, new year and all His commandments

The conclusion of the whole thing about the laws of the Almighty Lord Jesus Christ

According to the scriptures, the perfect and the excellency of Christ’s priesthood that is above that of Aaron is shown in the book of to the Hebrews chapter 81-13 as follows. (1-6) The great excellence of the new covenant above the former. (7-13) 1-6 The substance, or summary, of what had been declared was, that Christians had Jesus Christ as such a High Priest as they needed for eternity. ByHis own will, He took upon himself human nature, He appeared on earth as man with flesh and blood, and there gave himself up as a sacrifice to God for the sins of his people all mankind. We must not dare to approach God, or to present any thing else to him, but only in and through Christ, depending upon his merits and mediation; for we are accepted only in the Beloved. In all obedience and worship, we should let God’s word be fully in us for eternity, which is the only and perfect standard for our lives. Christ is the substance and end of the law of righteousness that W was given to the Israelis in the commandments of God written on tables of stone. But the covenant here referred to, was that was made with Israel as a nation, securing temporal benefits to them. But the promises of all spiritual blessings, and of eternal life, revealed in the gospel, and made sure through Christ, are of infinitely greater value. Let us bless God that we have Jesus Christ a High Priest that suits our helpless condition.

7-13 The superior excellence of the priesthood of Christ, above that of Aaron, is shown from that covenant of grace, of which Christ was Mediator. The law not only made all subject to it, liable to be condemned for the guilt of sin, but also was unable to remove that guilt of sins, and clear the conscience from the sense and terror of it. Whereas, by the blood of Christ, a full remission of sins was provided once and forever, so that God would remember them no more. God once wrote his laws to his people Israelis, now he will write his laws in them; in their very hearts permanently, he will give them understanding to know and to believe his laws; he will give them memories to retain them; he will give them hearts to love them, courage to profess them, and power to put them in practice. This is the foundation of the covenant; and this is not only for Israelis alone but all that will believers in Christ Jesus as in John 17. 23 and when this is laid, duty will be done wisely, sincerely, readily, easily, resolutely, constantly, and with comfort till eternity. A plentiful outpouring of the Spirit of God will make the ministration of the gospel so effectual, that there shall be a mighty increase and spreading of Christian knowledge in persons of all sorts. Oh Lord, I pray that this promise might be fulfilled in our days, that the hand of God may be with his ministers so that great numbers may believe, and be turned to the Lord! The pardon of sin will always be found to accompany the true knowledge of God. Notice the freeness of this pardon; its fulness; its fixedness, it’s perfection. This pardoning mercy is connected with all other spiritual mercies: unpardoned sin hinders mercy, and pulls down judgments; but the pardon of sin prevents judgment, and opens a wider door to all spiritual blessings. Let us search whether we are taught by the Holy Spirit to know Christ, so as uprightly to love, fear, trust, be loyal, and obey him and all His commandments as His written words on our hearts. All worldly vanities, outward privileges, or mere notions of religion, will soon vanish away, and leave those who abide by them, or trust in them miserable for ever in Christ name amen.

The law of God written on our hearts

The laws of God written on our hearts, how can they be obsolete, nailed to the cross or only for the Jews?

Lord Jesus, I come before Thee, just as I am, I was born in sin, I feel sorry for the all the wrongs that I have done people and you Lord Jesus Christ. I repent of all my sins. Lord Jesus, I accept Thee as my Lord God and Savior. Heal me, change me, strengthen me in body, soul, and spirit. Fill me with your Holy Spirit to work in me in order to do your will in this my life journey by having total faith in you till eternity. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Conclusion

22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire

Let none suppose that Christ allows his believers to tamper with any commands of God’s holy law. No sinner partakes of Christ’s justifying righteousness, in till he repents of his evil deeds. The mercy revealed in this gospel leads the believer to still deeper self-abhorrence. The laws are the Christian’s rule of duty, or works of faith and he delights therein. If a man, pretending to be Christ’s disciple, encourages himself in any allowed disobedience to the holy law of God, or teaches others to do the same, whatever his position or reputation among men may be, he can be no true disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ. Christ’s own righteousness, imputed to believers by faith alone, is needed by every one that aspire to enter the kingdom of grace or of glory; but the new creation of the heart to holiness, produces a thorough change in a man’s temper and conduct.

The Jewish teachers had afore time taught, that nothing except committing the actual murder was forbidden by the sixth commandment. Thus they explained away its spiritual meaning. Christ showed the full meaning of these laws of God according to which we must be judged hereafter, and therefore ought to be ruled now. All rash anger is our hearts murder. By our brother, here, we are to understand any person, though ever so much below us, for we are all made of one true blood of Jesus Christ. “Raca,” is a very scornful word, and comes from total pride: “Thou fool,” is a spiteful and injurious word, and comes from hatred. Malicious slanders and censures are poison that kills secretly and slowly. Christ told them that how light soever they made of these sins, they would definitely be called into judgment for them. We ought to be very carefully to preserve Christian love and peace with all our other believers and if at any time there is a quarrel or strife, we should immediately confess our faults, humble ourselves to our brother, making or offering satisfaction for wrong done in actions, word or deed: and we should do this quickly; because, till this is done, we are very unfit for communion with God in all the holy ordinances of Christ. And when we are preparing for any religious exercises, it is good for us to make that an occasion of a very serious reflection and self-examination. What is here said is very applicable to our being completely reconciled to God through Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour. When we are alive, we are in the way to his judgement-seat; because after death, it will be too late. When we consider the importance of the case, and the uncertainty of life, how needful it is to seek peace with God, without delay!

Any Victory over the desires of our hearts must be attended with painful exertions. But it must be done very quickly. Every thing is bestowed to save us from our sins, but not in them. All our senses and powers must be kept from those things which lead to transgression. Those who lead others into temptation to sin, by the ways that we dress or in other ways of this sinful world, or lead or leave them in it, or expose them to it, make themselves guilty of their guiltt, and they will be accountable for it. If any painful operations are submitted to, that our lives may be saved, what ought our minds to shrink from, when the only salvation of our souls is concerned? There is tender mercy of God under all the Divine requirements, and the grace and consolations of the Holy Spirit will enable us to attend to them nicely.

There is no reason whatsoever to consider that solemn oaths in any court of justice, or on any other proper occasions, are wrong, provided they are taken with due reverence to Jesus Christ. But all oaths taken without a necessity, or in any common conversation, must be very sinful, as well as all those expressions which are appeals to God, though persons think that thereby to evade the guilt of swearing. The worse men are, the less they are bound by oaths; the better they are, the less there is need for them. Our Lord does not enjoin the precise terms whereby we are to affirm or deny, but such a constant regard to the truth as would render oaths unnecessary.

The plain instruction is, Suffer any injury that can be suffered, for the sake of peace, committing your cares to the Lord’s keeping. And the conclusion of all is, that believers must avoid disputing and arriving in any matter concerning the words of Christ. If any say, Flesh and blood cannot pass by such an affront, let them remember, that flesh and blood shall not in any way inherit the kingdom of God; and those who act upon right principles will have most peace and comfort.

According tonJewish teachers, “neighbour” to them means only those who were of their own tribes or country, nation, and religion, whom they were pleased to look upon as their neighbours. On the contrary, the Lord Jesus teaches them that we must do all kindness we can to all peoples, especially all things to do with their souls. We must fervently pray for them. Though many will render good for good, we must render good for evil; and this will speak a better principle than most men act by. Others salute their friends, and embrace those of their own people and who have the same opinion like themselves, but we must not so confine our respect. It is the utmost duty of Christians to desire, and aim at, and press towards perfection in the grace and holiness. of Jesus Christ. And therein we must study to conform ourselves to the example of our heavenly Father, as in the Gospel of 1Pe 1:15,16|. Surely more is to be expected from the believers of Christ than from mon believers, surely more will be found in them than in others. Let us appeal to God to enable us to prove ourselves as His believers.

God bless you all in Christ Jesus name amen
